Read the submission terms
What we do with your submission. We use your statement and the details on this form to work out what you pay for card processing and prepare your savings calculation. We may contact you by email or phone if we need more information or your submission is complicated.
Who sees it. Your statement is seen by TackleHQ and by the service providers that work for us. We use an AI service provider to read your statement and prepare your savings estimate; it processes your statement only for that purpose. If you go ahead with a quote, payment providers receive a brief with your business name and identifying details removed.
How long we keep it. We delete uploaded statements 90 days after you submit them. We keep your contact details and submission record so we can follow up on your enquiry, until you ask us to delete them.
Anonymised rate benchmark. We keep anonymised fee data taken from your statement, such as provider, rates and fee types, to maintain our rate benchmark. It never includes your name, business name, website, contact details or merchant ID. Sales volumes are recorded in bands, and we never publish figures that could identify a single business.
