This page explains what we collect when you use tacklehq.co, what we do with it, and your choices. TackleHQ is a trading name of Armidale Pte Ltd.
What we collect
When you calculate your savings, we collect:
- your name, position, company, website, email and, if you give it, your phone number
- your card sales for the month and its currency
- the invoice or statement you upload
- the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link, so we know which of our messages reached you.
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number and company if you give them, and your message.
We do not ask for card numbers or bank passwords.
What we do with it
We use your statement and the details on the form to work out what you pay for card processing and prepare your savings calculation. We may contact you by email or phone if we need more information or your submission is complicated.
Who sees it
Your statement is seen by TackleHQ and by the service providers that work for us. We use an AI service provider to read your statement and prepare your savings estimate; it processes your statement only for that purpose. If you go ahead with a quote, payment providers receive a brief with your business name and identifying details removed.
We use service providers to host the site, store your submission, send email and prepare your savings estimate. They process your information only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We delete uploaded statements 90 days after you submit them. We keep your contact details and submission record so we can follow up on your enquiry, until you ask us to delete them. We keep contact messages so we can reply and follow up, until you ask us to delete them.
Anonymised rate benchmark
We keep anonymised fee data taken from your statement, such as provider, rates and fee types, to maintain our rate benchmark. It never includes your name, business name, website, contact details or merchant ID. Sales volumes are recorded in bands, and we never publish figures that could identify a single business.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, contact us. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date above.
